To list your property in Chapin, just login to your account (If you do not have an account yet, just click the register link below and a free signup form will be displayed). Once loged in, click on the 'My Account' tab and go to profile.

On the first visit it will prompt you to complete the profile. This contact info is needed to send prospect to you. All information will be help in confidence, and NEVER given to 3rd parties. We do not send email except in response to your listing.

After your profile is done, click the ADD button and a new property form will appear. You can complete the form immediately, start and then return with any additional information and / or photos (5 permitted).

On subsequest visits, login and use the My Account tab to display/edit your profile and/or listing(s).

ATTENTION AGENTS:

This service is free to agents working in the Chapin area. Agents can have up to 5 active listings for free. If additional listings, or if you wish to be listed in the Professional Agent page, there is a $49.95/yr fee. You will have unlimited postings, Bulk import and export of your listings, and a business card in the Professional Agent page. Create your account, and when you want to upgrade to an anual account click on the My Account, then listings, and you will see a lint to create a paid account. (We use PayPal so your credit card is welcome and safe).
